With over a decade as a highly successful member of Neath YFC and current Club Leader, Elen moved quickly through the ranks from Treasurer to Secretary before proudly securing the role of Chairman. Having gained experience as County’s Competitions Chairman, Elen was delighted to be selected as Wales YFC Competitions Chair for 2018-2019 a role she enjoyed enormously. She has also undertaken many of the YFC travel opportunities including the Rural Youth Europe Rally to Ireland and Patagonia with Wales YFC and was honoured to represent the latter at a reception in the Houses of Parliament!
